Brief Introduction to the Company

    Double Coin Group (Xinjiang) Kunlun Tyre Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise composed of seven shareholders, with a registered capital of RMB 937 million yuan and total assets of RMB 2.832 billion yuan. Double Coin Tyre Group Ltd. (a subsidiary of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company 51.53% of total shares of the company, Xinjiang Investment Development (Group) Co., Ltd. 33.85%, Urumqi State-owned Assets Management (Group) Co., Ltd. 11.66%. Its place of registration is 78AG旗舰厅 North Midong Road, Urumqi, Xinjiang. It is specialized in intelligent tire production with technology on a large scale. It has an all-steel radial tire production base in Urumqi and a bias tire production base in Korla, with more than 2,200 employees.

    At present, the company has annual production capacity of 2.08 million all-steel radial truck tires and 170,000 all-steel engineering tires and its all-steel tires have more than 160 specifications and 270 varieties. It produces 1.4 million sets of engineering tires and its bias tires have over 200 sizes and more than AG旗舰厅0 types.    The company has a provincial-level technology research and development center with nearly 300 engineers and technicians. It always focuses on the technological innovation of tires, and is committed to research and development, design, manufacturing and sales of green tire products for different regions, different consumers, and different requirement for use in the world.    The company has passed a series of domestic and international certifications such as Chinese CCC, American DOT, European ECE, the Gulf countries’ GCC, Indonesia SNI, and the certification of GB/T19001, IATF16949 Quality Management System, GB/T24001 Environmental Management System, and GB/T45001 Occupation Health Safety Management System. Its product quality has reached the international advanced level and its brand products, "Kunlun" tires, are among the top in the country in terms of quality, reputation and market share in the northwestern China. Its products are also exported to Southeast Asia and surrounding Central Asian countries. The products were awarded the first batch of "Xinjiang Famous Brand Products" by the autonomous region, and the trademark, "Kunlun", was rated as one of the first batch of "Xinjiang Famous Trademarks". The company was identified as a national high-tech enterprise respectively in 2012 , 2015 , 2019.    The company's expansion project for extra production of 1.2 million high-performance all-steel radial truck tire was completed and put into production at the end of 2019 with total investment of RMB 1.145 billion yuan. A modern tire plant integrating automation, informationization and intelligence was built in China. It adopt independent production technology, advanced production equipment and automated logistics, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP system. Therefore, it is a smart plant conforming to the standard of “Industry 4.0”.
